Using our mounting brackets will allow you to easily and quickly attach the actuator to various contact points as shown to the left.

All you need to do in order to get your actuator up and running is apply 6-12VDC to the positive (red) and negative (black) wires. You do not need to do anything with the potentiometer wires (Blue, Yellow, White). The potentiometer wires are only needed if you are building a system which requires you to know the exact position of the actuator piston. For normal operation, we recommend purchasing the switch above and wiring the switch according to the schematic.

Introducing our all new Heavy Duty 12V Linear Actuators. Now you have the power for those extra large projects. Built in potentiometer can be easily accessed for position feedback but is not necessary for operation. Limit switches at both ends prevent over-run. All aluminum construction with metal drive gears ensure tremendous durability and reliability. We offer them in six stroke lengths from 2 inches up to 12 inches. Extension shaft is .785” diameter. Mounting points are 1/4” diameter and bolt up directly to our optional mounting brackets.
