The digital wave is now sweeping across the servo world and Hitec is leading the way. The HS-5475HB is Hitec’s first digital standard servo. Adding the digital component to the already great HS-475HB means that the HS-5475HB is even better. Although the torque numbers nor speed do not differ from the HS-475HB, it is how these numbers are produced that does. The standing torque is nearly 4 times better and the precision has been increased. Being digital means the motor now receives the position signal 300 times per second rather than 30 times per second. This servo can also be programmed using our hand-held servo programmer. Need the servo to travel up to 180° no problem! Need to slow the servo down, no problem! You can just about anything with Hitec digital servos in combination with the programmer.

	This servo can be configured to operate 180° two ways. Option 1, send a pulse signal ranging from 600usec to 2400usec. Option 2, use a Hitec HFP-20 programmer to modify the internal servo program.
