International Customers: You must submit the below form in order to successfully place your order. International orders ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS Global Express.

All international customs, duty fees, and/or import charges are the customers responsibility and must be paid by the customer. Only shipping fees are applied to your order. We will not lower the customs value of your goods under any circumstances.

Instructions for placing an international order -
1. Place the items you would like to order in the shopping cart. DO NOT PROCESS THE ORDER.

2. With the items in the cart, highlight the cart contents (including the order total).

3. Paste the copied text into the "shopping cart contents" field in the form below.

4. Complete the rest of the form with your contact and shipping information.

5. Submit the form.

6. You will recieve an automated confirmation via e-mail that we have received your
request. A Customer Service Representative will contact you with your custom shipping quote.

7. Included with your custom shipping quote will be detailed payment instructions based on your payment method chosen below.

8. Once your payment has been received your order will be processed for shipment.
