When should I use grommets?
Grommets should be used with your servos when vibration is present. They will help protect the electronics during normal operation and also in an unfortunate crash. In industrial applications when accuracy is crucial, especially when the servo in under load, we recommend not using grommets.

Which grommets do I need?
Grommets 902, 904, and 910 work with Futaba standard size servos with open hole mounting tabs. For Futaba standard size servos with the closed hole mounting tabs 910 grommets need to be used. 904 grommets work with Hitec mini and standard size servos. Grommets 916, 918 and 920 are designed for both Hitec and Futaba 1/4 scale servos.
