At ServoCity, your trust is of utmost importance to us. We constantly strive to protect your confidential information which includes all ordering information. ServoCity does not disclose any customer information to any companies or individuals not relating to our customer service or order processing.

Shipping
Free shipping on all continental US orders of $100+. All orders less than $100 ship via USPS Priority for
$5.95. All orders over $200 and radio systems ship via UPS. Some orders may take up to 5 days to process and ship.  Please call if you need expedited shipping.

International Orders
International orders ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS Global Express.  Customer is responsible for all customs and import charges.
International orders must be prepaid via money order or Paypal.  For shipping costs (include items needed) please call 620-221-0123 or email sales@servocity.com.

Shipments to apartments will require a delivery signature.

ServoCity accepts prepaid Purchase Orders.
All Kansas residence please add 6.8% sales tax to the total of your order.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Call for a RAN within 30 days.
We do not accept partially assembled items for return.
Checks returned for non-sufficient funds incur a $35.00 penalty.
Credit Card chargebacks will inccur a $35.00 penalty.
We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Paypal, Money Orders and Personal/Business Checks.
Personal/Business checks take 2 weeks to clear before shipment will be made.
