If you would like expedited shipping, you can choose from UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select when placing your order. All expedited shipping rates are real-time UPS rates.
IMPORTANT: Expedited orders placed after 12pm Central will ship the next business day. Please note that if your order requires assembly, same day shipping may not be possible, even if your order is placed before 12pm CDT. If you select an expedited shipping method, you must include your phone number in your contact information.

With these changes, International customers are now able to place orders through the shopping cart and receive real-time shipping quotes, and our domestic customers have the option to expedite orders online. International orders may need verification of payment method prior to shipping. We reserve the right to hold your order after payment is made and request a copy of the credit card used in the transaction, and a current photo ID. If such information is requested and you do not respond within 7 business days we will cancel the order and issue a refund.
When we request additional information, we will ask you to fax or e-mail a copy of your credit card (front and back). We must be able to read the security code on the credit card as well as your name. We will also ask for a copy of your current photo ID. This ID must have your billing address on it.
