Introducing the all new patented SPG785A1-5 Servo Power Tube Gearbox. A stock HS-785HB servo can rotate 3.5 turns (1.75 turns left or right from center) or 1260° total. When you install the HS-785HB servo into this tube gearbox, the total amount of rotation is decreased but the power and accuracy is increased. Position feedback remains since the internal potentiometer is not removed. Trading total rotation for power and precision is what this gearbox is all about. Simply choose the gear ratio you need (see chart for ratio specs) along with the amount of rotation your application requires. The lower the gear ratio, the more precision and power you will have but with less rotation. The SPG785A1-5 can handle tremendous side loads with the dual ABEC-5 precision ball bearing supported 1” aluminum hollow shaft. The shaft is hollow to allow wires from cameras, sensors or other devices to not tangle during multi-turn rotations. The frame of the SPG785A1-5 is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum (anodized) and offers our 0.770” hub pattern inline with the output shaft. Patented.

Use the aluminum end cap to attach the gearbox directly to our channel.

When used with tubing you can easily feed the wires through the tubes for a clean structure.
