Ball Bearing Idler Shaft

This idler shaft has a pair of bearings pre-installed, one at each end. The bearings are pressed into blind bores that allow them to bottom out at precise spots to maintain an accurate overall width. The overall width of the idler shaft is 0.125" shy of the inside width of Actobotics Channel (1.32") so that a 1/16" shaft spacer can be installed on each side to keep from having contact between the idler and the edge of the channel or structure it’s mounted to.
