The HS-65MG is one of the most powerful servos in the sub-micro class. The HS-65MG servo has metal gears to withstand an impact. The 65 series features a top-ball bearing for long life and positive centering, 31 oz-in of torque at 6 volts and is an excellent choice for higher performance micro helicopters, electric park flyers, and 1/18 scale cars.
The answer to this question is partially dependent on what you are using to control the servo.

With an Average Radio System:
97°
Your average transmitter and receiver will output a relatively narrow PWM signal range.
Radio System + Travel Tuner:
189°
Adding a Servo Travel Tuner to your radio system setup will allow you to achieve wide PWM signal ranges.
Wide Signal Controllers:
189°
Controllers such as the Servo Commander, Arduinos, and Raspberry Pi servo hats can usually send a wide signal.
