1/4" Bore Press-Fit Tube Roller, Acetal

The press-fit tube roller is an excellent choice when an idler setup is required on a dolly or linear drive. It has an overall width of 1.2”. It fits perfectly inside Actobotics® channel using 1/4” ID, 1/2” OD flanged bearings inserted into the 1/2” holes of the channel. The contoured shape of the tube roller allows it to self-center when running on a tube or shaft with an outside diameter of 1/4” up to 2”. The tube roller will allow our 1/4” round or 1/4” D-shafting to press into the bore. It does require a fair amount of force to install the shaft but it should not be necessary to use tools to perform the install. Given that this idler is commonly used as an idler setup and power is not transferred through it, no set-screw is required to hold it tightly to the shaft.
