Web Content Administrator
Location: Winfield, KS (On-site, full-time only)
In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind our new product launches, owning the pipeline from the moment a product is handed off to marketing until it is live on our websites. You will manage the workflow, write the content, and ensure everything looks perfect from the customer's perspective. We are looking for someone who treats this role with a manager’s mindset - someone who can organize tasks, coordinate with others, and prove they have what it takes to grow with us.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Workflow Management:
Champion our product launch pipeline. You will track statuses across various stages, assign tasks, and follow up with team members to keep projects moving forward. - Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with our R&D department to understand the exact ins and outs of new products. You need to know what matters most to our customers so you can accurately and effectively represent the product online. - Content Creation:
Write engaging and technically accurate product descriptions, craft newsletters, and draft copy for social media. - Quality Control:
Take absolute ownership of the website’s accuracy. You will perform rigorous QC passes on your own work and the site as a whole, looking at it not just from a company perspective, but through the eyes of the makers, engineers, and FTC teams who use our parts. - Mastering the Details:
Keeping our product catalog polished involves learning a wide variety of internal procedures and standards. From executing multi-step content updates to occasionally working with basic HTML (no prior experience needed, we are happy to teach the right person!), you must be a fearless learner who isn't intimidated by a heavy dose of details.
Who We Are Looking For
- Passionate & Knowledgeable:
You have a genuine interest in mechanics, electronics, and making. Familiarity with ServoCity® and goBILDA® products is a massive plus. - Detail-Obsessed:
You have a high attention to detail, naturally double-check your own work, and have a desire to get things right the first time. - A Great Teammate:
You have a fantastic, positive attitude. You can manage your own to-do list efficiently, but you are also highly receptive to direction and constructive feedback. - Organized & Proactive:
You are comfortable keeping tabs on moving parts and aren't afraid to respectfully nudge artists and engineers to ensure web assets (like renders and schematics) are delivered on time.
Senior Product Design Engineer
Location: Winfield, KS (On-site, full-time only)
As a Senior Product Design Engineer in our R&D department, you need to be an experienced, independent thinker, a creative problem solver, and above all, a passionate maker. Passion is the number one quality we are looking for: we want someone who is driven to build, tinker, and bring their own fresh ideas to the table. In this role, you will report directly to our Head of R&D. While you will take the lead on the specific products you design, you will work collaboratively alongside a highly enthusiastic team to shape the future of our product lines.
What You’ll Be Doing
- End-to-End CAD Design:
You will be leading the design of complex parts and products on a daily basis, utilizing your expert-level fluency in Autodesk Fusion to turn concepts into viable parts. - Designing for Reality:
You will apply your deep understanding of various manufacturing processes (machining, molding, etc.) to your designs. You must know the pros, cons, and limitations of how things are actually made to ensure your ideas are practical and cost-effective to manufacture. - Collaborative Design Reviews:
We hold our products to an incredibly high standard, which means our design reviews are direct, honest, and highly detailed. We are a team bonded by a shared goal of making the absolute best products possible. You will present your work and collaborate in an environment where constructive feedback is used to elevate everyone's projects. - Bringing Fresh Ideas:
You will do more than execute assigned designs. We expect you to innovate, identify market gaps in our product lines, and confidently drive new R&D initiatives.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experienced & Proven:
You have 5+ years of professional experience in product design, mechanical engineering, or a closely related field. - A Passionate Maker:
You genuinely love building things and have the hands-on experience to prove it. (Note: Be prepared to show and discuss your personal and professional projects during the interview, as we want to see what you love to make!) - Autodesk Fusion Fluent:
You must be highly proficient and comfortable working in Autodesk Fusion. - Resilient & Team-Oriented:
You have a positive, resilient mindset and welcome constructive criticism. You understand that direct feedback isn't personal; it is how a great team collaborates to achieve excellence. - A Driven Self-Starter:
You have the drive and responsibility to manage your own workload and push projects across the finish line without needing constant guidance. - Familiarity with Our World (A Big Bonus):
Experience using ServoCity® or goBILDA® products, or direct experience participating in or mentoring teams in FTC, FRC, VEX, or similar robotics competitions, is a major plus.
Junior Product Design Engineer
Location: Winfield, KS (On-site, full-time only)
As a Junior Product Design Engineer in our R&D department, you will do much more than sit at a desk and execute commands. We are looking for a hungry, creative problem solver, and above all, a passionate maker. Passion is the number one quality we are looking for: we want someone who is driven to build, tinker, and bring their own fresh ideas to the table. In this role, you will take ownership of your assigned projects, form your own opinions, and grow your skills alongside a supportive team that shares your enthusiasm.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prototyping and CAD Design:
You will help turn design concepts into physical reality. Utilizing your strong foundation in Autodesk Fusion, you will carry out assigned CAD tasks, 3D print parts, and assemble prototypes to test how new ideas fit and function in the real world. - Workshop Organization & Prototyping Prep:
We have a large R&D workshop with build bays filled with thousands of parts where we test our ideas. You will act as the caretaker of this space by disassembling finished builds, putting parts away, and keeping the area highly organized so the team is always ready to prototype. - Collaborative Design Reviews:
We hold our products to an incredibly high standard, which means our design reviews are direct, honest, and highly detailed. Not every idea makes the cut, and that is just part of the process! We are a team bonded by a shared goal: making the absolute best products possible. You will absorb constructive feedback to rapidly elevate your design skills. - Bringing Fresh Ideas:
While you will focus heavily on executing assigned designs and maintaining the shop, we expect you to speak up. We want you to pitch new ideas and actively participate in R&D brainstorming.
Who We Are Looking For

You must have a strong foundational comfort level working in Autodesk Fusion. - Resilient & Team-Oriented:
