1x80A Motor Controller

This beast of a motor controller is ready to proportionally control the speed and direction of your brushed DC motor!

Its single channel can handle 80A continuously and up to 200A peak! The 43mm width coincides perfectly with the inside width of goBILDA® Channel for ease of mounting. Whether you fasten it from the sides using the threaded holes, or utilize the thru-holes and mount it to a flat surface, the required hardware is conveniently provided with the motor controller so that you can attach it how you’d like.

Power Input:
Supply anywhere between 9 - 30V to the XT90 connector to power your motor. The voltage you provide to the motor controller will be passed on to the motor that you intend to control.

Signal Input:
Plug an R/C receiver, Arduino, or any source of a standard PWM signal into the channel port. We’ve provided male-to-male servo extensions to make wiring clean and simple. The beefy BEC will supply 6V and 6A out to the servo controller generating the PWM signal via the + pin so that you can drive servos and other devices from any remaining available channels on your servo controller.

Output:
The motor controller is able to handle 80A of continuous current and 120A of burst! While the motor controller has built-in over-current protection to protect it from damage, we recommend that you pair it with a motor (or, motors, in the scenario where you're running multiple motors with the single channel) that will pull less than the rated continuous current of 80A. The motor controller includes male 6mm bullet connectors so that you can solder them to the wires of your chosen motor(s). The bullets are able to accept up to 10awg wire. When choosing wire, be sure to pair the wire gauge according to the current draw of the motor.
