Tube-Mount Servo Arm (H25T Spline, For 6mm ID Tubing)

SKU:
$5.99

Whether you're bringing flapping wings to life or creating any servo-driven mechanism that requires attaching a carbon tube or structural spar directly to a servo spline, this compact servo arm is ready for the job.

The H25T spline is one of the most common servo spline standards and is used by many popular servo manufacturers, including goBILDA® 2000 Series servos, Hitec, Savox, and others. A built-in counterbore allows you to use the servo's original horn-mounting screw while keeping the screw head recessed and out of the way.

At the working end of the servo arm, the aluminum tube mount is ready to accept a tube or shaft for your servo-driven assembly. The 6mm outer diameter accommodates a wide variety of tubing options. Builders who commonly work with standard 6.5mm OD arrow shafts will be pleased to find they provide an excellent fit, though many 6mm (0.24") carbon fiber and aluminum tubes can also work well. While some combinations may create a secure press fit, applying a small amount of epoxy is recommended for maximum holding strength.

For less conventional applications, the servo arm also features a 3.5mm inner diameter bore capable of accepting an appropriately sized shaft. As with the outer tube interface, a small amount of epoxy is recommended to ensure a secure connection.
