2303 Series Steel, MOD 0.8 Pinion Gear (1/4" Round Bore, 15 Tooth)

This 15 tooth pinion gear has a ¼” bore to fit on a ¼” round or D-profile shaft. When installed on a ¼” D-shaft, the M5 x 0.8mm set-screw tightens down onto the flat side of the shaft for an excellent hold.

To maximize thread depth, the gear teeth run across the entire length, top to bottom. The built-in shim, meanwhile, allows this gear to run directly against a ¼” ID bearing without contacting the outer race.
