Aluminum Hub-Mount Control Arm (14mm Bore, 72mm Length)

A control-arm is exactly what it sounds like: a mechanical limb you can use to implement linkage-facilitated motion! This 72mm length control arm can be bolted to a goBILDA® hub, or any other goBILDA® component which rocks holes on the goBILDA® 16mm square pattern.

A ball linkage, or beam, can be added to one of the seven holes along the arm. As the control arm rotates, it will push or pull the linkage attached to it, and the hole the linkage is attached to will affect the amount of travel and force the linkage receives.

In comparison to the plastic material used in similar control arms, the aluminum construction of this control arm provides a higher level of rigidity and wear resistance in general applications. It also boasts a convenient counterbore that can help to capture the flange of 14mm OD flanged bearings.
