Linear Actuator Kit B (10" Stroke, 3/8" OD Piston)

This linear actuator kit utilizes Open X-Rail as the framework to maintain a slim profile while offering numerous mounting possibilities. The 3/8" aluminum extension tube is driven by a 6mm, 6 start lead screw that yields 8mm (0.315") of travel per rotation. We offer a variety of 3/8" clamping components which will allow you to fasten something to the piston that's driven in and out of the Open X-Rail by the lead screw. The kit does not come with drive gears or a motor so that you can tailor the speed and linear thrust to your specific application.

Tech Tips:
This kit does not include a motor, or gears to drive the lead screw. This makes it very customizable. The tables below assume you are using a motor with a 6mm D-Shaft and show you what gears (or sprockets) will work together and what the resulting ratio will be.
