Can I add/modify my order once it's been placed? Unfortunately, no we are not able to combine or add items once your order has been placed online.
Can I cancel my order? If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. As a vast majority of orders ship within 24 hours, it is imperative you contact us (620.221.0123 or [email protected]) so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped. How can I pay? Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPay, Money Order, Personnel Check, or Wire Transfer.
Do you accept purchase orders? We only accept pre-paid purchase orders.
Can I place an order from Canada? Yes, Canadian orders process the same as US orders. Place all items in your cart and process your order through the shopping cart.
Can I place an order from Mexico or overseas? Yes, International orders process the same as US orders. Place all items in your cart and process your order through the shopping cart.

International Payment Policy Update (6-19-2013): Due to recent issues with fraudulent international charges, we have been forced to change our international payment policy. We now cannot accept foreign credit cards as a method of payment. We will continue to accept PayPal payments and Bank Transfers.
You can sign up for a PayPal account at www.paypal.com. Having a PayPal account is the easiest and quickest way to place an international order with ServoCity. In order to register for a PayPal account, your address must be verified. PayPal may start you off with a low purchase limit, but it will increase as you continue to use your account. The PayPal payment fee is the responsibility of the seller (ServoCity), not the customer.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, a $30 wire transfer fee will be added to your order total. After you have submitted your order a ServoCity representative will contact you via e-mail to complete the wire transfer.
