Domestic Shipping
We offer a standard shipping rate of $8.99 for all orders shipped within the United States. Orders under $200.00 will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Orders over $200.00 will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground.
If you would like expedited shipping, you can choose from UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select when placing your order. All expedited shipping rates are real-time UPS rates, the shipping cost depends on the weight, dimensions, shipping method selected and current shipping rates. We do not offer Saturday delivery for UPS or FedEx packages.
IMPORTANT: Expedited orders placed after 12pm CST will ship the next business day. Please note that if your order requires assembly, same day shipping may not be possible, even if your order is placed before 12pm CST.
How do I get a shipping quote?
If you want to know the shipping cost, simply add the items you want to order to your shopping cart, then click on "Estimate Shipping". You will then be prompted to enter the delivery country and postal code, then a list of available shipping methods and the respective cost will appear. For international shipments, the shipping cost shown does NOT include custom's duties and taxes.
International Shipping
For the most part, our international packages arrive safe and sound, though sometimes they can be delayed up to six weeks or more depending on the destination country's customs regulations. Unfortunately, delivery times to international destinations are NOT guaranteed due to unpredictability of time spent in customs. We offer UPS and FedEx International Shipping Methods. All international shipments are subject to custom's fees. Duties and taxes are NOT paid for by ServoCity. Any and all custom's duties, taxes, and other fees are paid for by the recipient of the order, and are due upon delivery of the order. If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes upon delivery, the order will be considered abandoned, and you will not receive a refund for the amount you paid to ServoCity for the order. For more information regarding your country's import fees, please contact your local customs authorities.
IMPORTANT: All international Customs, duty, and/or import charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid by the customer. Please contact your local authorities for additional information. Please do not request that we falsify invoices to bypass import tariffs or customs fees - we do not lower invoice totals.
